Shipping Info: First of all: All shipping costs are exactly what I have to pay at the post office. Sorry to all international fans for the high pricing :-(

All orders inside Germany are shipped with Deutsche Post Warensendung and should take 1-3 business days to arrive.

International orders are shipped via DHL. Since I have to put an actual parcel even for a single CD, pricing is quite high. That's why I don't offer insured / tracked shipping in the first place. If you want your order to be insured and / or trackable and you're willing to pay more for that, please drop me a message. We can surely arrange something. International orders take 10 - 20 days to arrive and might be subject to customs depending on where you live.
Return Policy: Digital delivery items under the merchandise section, due to their nature, are unfortunately not eligible for refund.

Refunds are only accepted where the item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact if this happens so it can be dealt with.
